I have lived in a duplex of Cox Rentals for 3 years now. I am very happy with my place. It is ideal for me. The owners, Cindy & Matt, keep their properties in good repair. I have only had to call them a couple of times for an issue in my apartment and either Matt, or someone they called, are here very quickly. I believe it is the most desirable of rental properties in the area.

I have rented from the Coxs’ for seven years and I am very happy here. It is a quiet, lovely area. They are very prompt to repair anything that needs to be fixed. The best part is, I don’t have to worry about lawn mowing or snow removal.

We have been tenants of Matt and Cindy Cox going on 4 years this summer. We are very pleased with them. They’ve held true to their word since we moved in. Matt mows our spacious yard every week, plows our driveway and, due to some health issues this summer, Matt had landscapers come in an clean up our flower bed around the house. If any serious issues arise, they have always taken care of them in a reasonable amount of time. They take pride in their rentals. We are very pleased with them as landlords.

I have rented from Cox Rentals for a few years now. Prior to me moving in, Matt & Cindy completely remodeled my apartment. They bent over backward with my crazy schedule and I was moving in from out of town. Matt & Cindy have been outstanding landlords. If anything goes wrong, they are right on top of it to get it fixed. I love where I live; a little out in the country but not too far out. The yard is taken care of, snow removal is taken care of. Having a garage is a huge plus for me. I have no complaints. I HIGHLY recommend.
