Matt Cox

President of Cox Rentals

Matt designed and started building his rental properties in 1993. Since that time, he has built 14 duplex apartments, all located in the Horseheads, NY area. Matt has a strong background in maintenance, has over 35 years experience as a custom home builder, and has earned a reputation as one of the finest home builders in the Horseheads, Corning, Elmira and Ithaca New York area.

When he’s not working, Matt enjoys his time off collecting antique cars and owns two Ford Shelby GT 500s and enjoys taking them to car shows. Matt also enjoys boating, golfing and traveling.

Cindy Cox

Vice President of Finances for Cox Rentals

With over 35 years of financial and management experience, Cindy is the Vice President of Cox Rental Properties and oversees the financial, accounting and administrative affairs.

Cindy is also a licensed New York State Real Estate Sales Person with over 19 years of experience and is a member of the New York State Association of Realtors and a member of the Elmira-Corning Board of Realtors.

Owning Cox Rental Properties with her husband, Matt, has made Cindy acutely aware of the importance of customer satisfaction, integrity & professionalism.

Cindy loves music, cooking, boating and spending time with family and friends.
